By the time I sat in the chair to get started to get my braces on, it felt like it was already done. A little bit of pressure was the worst, but that’s it! What a great experience. “Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. We recently came to the office for a tightening of my daughter's braces and during the visit she mentioned that she was trying out for the NVHS girl's softball team. She was very excited and was sharing it with everyone she saw. The difference was that this particular staff member took the time to send her a quick note in the mail to let her know that she hoped she had made the team and that she was thinking of her. That small, but large, gesture was huge for my daughter and it reminded me that all of us in a service business should provide the same type of personal service. I was touched, as was she.
